  • Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet or saucepan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the Xango: Carefully place each rolled tortilla into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
